Meet the Author

Lucía M. González grew up in Cuba, but she now lives in Florida. She and her husband have two children. As well as being a storyteller and author, Lucía M. González works as a children's librarian. "The Billy Goat and the Vegetable Garden" is just one of many Latin American stories retold by the author.
