Loihi
This site will teach you many things about the Hawaiian island of Loihi. View pictures of pillow lava, a Bathymetric map, and find out about any recent volcanic activity within the area. You'll also find links to other Internet sites and pages about volcanoes. The site is the work of The Hawaii Center for Volcanology, a cooperative effort of research and teaching scientists hosted by the School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology at the University of Hawaii.
